Our core business includes in Phalaenopsis breeding, production, marketing and sales. Products include Phalaenopsis tissue culture, young plants, flowering plants and cut flowers and contracted production in tissue culture and young plants. We also distribute New Zealand bark and sphagnum moss, Vietnam organic tea and coffee. Last, we offer greenhouse construction and consultation service. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small"><span style="font-family: 微軟正黑體">With multinational locations, headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, manages global sales, marketing and human resources. We have two mass production sites. One is located in Chuanghua in charge of breeding, tissue culture lab, young plant production and new products development. Another location, named Apollo Farm, is located in Dalat, Vietnam is responsible for cut flower and young plant production. Royal Base Group is devoted in environmental protection and care for our employees. We are the first and only corporation in Asia receiving all these three certificates - MPS-ABC, MPS-GAP, and MPS-Quality. The certifications recognize businesses operate in an environmentally and socially responsible manner. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small"><span style="font-family: 微軟正黑體">Cut Flowers </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small"><span style="font-family: 微軟正黑體">The major cut flower production site, Apollo Farm, covers an area of 66 hectares and greenhouse area 10 hectares. The site is located at an altitude of 1,000 meters. The low temperature and high intensive light favor high quality cut flower production. In order to maintain all year production and high quality products, we have invested state-of-the-art glass greenhouses with automatic Priva environmental control system, dripping irrigation system, shading and energy saving screen system, and container system. These systems have created an optimal environment for Phalaenopsis cultivation which can reduce the usage of energy and pesticides and chemicals. We also have set up precise production schedule to maintain stable supply. Over the years, we have come up the following procedures to maintain top quality: post-harvest treatment, delicate package, strict quality control, temperature control during shipping, and well-built logistics networking. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small"><span style="font-family: 微軟正黑體">Over the years, we have established a group loyal customers and business partners around the globe. We use Sunpride as our brand name. At Japan, the consumer view Sunpride Phalaenopsis cut flower as the best quality in the market. We also have successfully gained our market share of Phalaenopsis cut flower business in USA, Europe, Australia, South-East Asia and Middle-East. High end venue, parties and events, such as Wynn Hotel in Hong Kong and Las Vegas, The Plaza in New York, US Open, Royal weddings and Hollywood events, will incorporate our Phalaenopsis in the event. Famous New York based designer Preston Bailey also loves our Phalaenopsis cut flowers very much. Besides Starting from 2009, we have won first place at the Best Quality Competition of Horfi Fair. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small"><span style="font-family: 微軟正黑體">Tissue Culture, Young Plants and Flowering Plants </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small"><span style="font-family: 微軟正黑體">For tissue culture production, we strived for healthy plants, low mutation, virus free, and precise production and delivery. At this moment, we have 50 benches in our laboratory. We practice axillairy shoot multiplication, renew tissue culture material from time to time, limited cloning, low hormone and barcode system. We have established our own laboratory for ELISA and RT-PCR virus detection. Royal Base Corporation also has the ability to offer good quality young plants and flowering plants products. At this moment, we have a greenhouse area of 0.5 hectare. We have a large collection of varieties and consistently introduce new varieties to the market to meet market demands. Our breeding problem focus in the midi size Phalaenopsis varieties.
