What is the claiming process for cut flowers? |
|
Please examine the product upon receipt before accepting the flowers at the airport. The claim has to be done within 24 hours and please notify us in forms of writing. Please provide CLEAR pictures of damage condition and pictures of the carton number on the side. Two face shots of damaged and non-damaged single bloom for comparison. When damage of goods has caused by the carrier, example: carton box damaged by water, please ask the carrier to provide IR report before accepting the goods at the airport. |

How ethylene gas would affect cut flowers? |
|
The ethylene gas would shorten the vase life of cut flowers. It released by the natural ripening process of fruits and vegetables can shorten the flower vase life, inhibit the development of immature flower buds, and damage developing flower bulbs, especially Phalaenopsis cut flowers. Keep away from any source of ethylene gas. |
